Mine was Tts. I'm usually a medium and the medium fit perfectly. The fabric is a bit stretchy too so it's forgiving.

i think some places might cover it? it's worth checking with your provider directly. it can depend on your specific plan.

Mine didn't cover it directly, unfortunately. I think you'd have to submit it as a medical device or something, not just clothing. But definitely call your insurance company, policies vary wildly.

They're integrated, so not removable. It's part of the design, which is why it's so smooth and comfy.
